1. Statute of the Facebook-Group "Stamps-Group for fair trading"

1.1 This statute is written to fix the rules to keep it in this group

1.2. The statute come into effect on October 1st, 2012.

1.3. Changes and additions to the Statute must be adopted in unison by the administrators and commissioners .

1.4. The statute was passed in unison by the administrators and commissioners.

2. Inquiries, administrators and member of commisson

2. Rene Schreiber (Austria)

The commissioners of these group are:

1. Mateo Budinšćak (Croatia)

2. Lelanie Strydom (South Africa)

3. Michael Lantz (USA)

2.2. In process and voting shall be the following principles:

2.2.1. The administrators and the commissioners are with equal rights.

2.2.2. The principle 1 Admin/ 1 commissioners = 1 vote

2.2.3. When voting is a 2/3-majority, of the votes necessary.

2.3. If you have inquiries to other contacts, suggestions for improvement and ideas, so we beseech you, contact the administrators or the commissioners.

2.4. If you want to indicate Cheaters (Bad Traders) or Good Traders, so contact the authors of lists - Claudio Rotunno or Rene Schreiber.

2.5. Are there any complaints, queries, problems or errors on the page so we ask that you also notify the authors.

2.6. Decisions oft the administrators and commissioners will be published in a document called "Administrators". In voting we will share the votes. But these are without naming, how it was voted.

3. Terms and Conditions
3.1. This page is for stamp collectors who want to replace your duplicate stamps.

3.2. Further it will be a sharing platform, which is the beginning of exchange. Steps after the beginning follow by Email or in Facebook in the Group Stamps Group For Trading.

3.3. The use of pictures for saving, marking or edting for the exchange will be permitted.

3.4. Using of pictures, marking and editing for giving them on another site is forbidden.

3.5. When illegal copying or other illegal action with property of the authors of the culprit is asked to delete all data. In a further breach, legal action may be taken.

3.6. Offer for selling is forbidden and will be immediately deleted.

3.7. If you have discomfort against Members of our group the administators or commissioners helps you and vote together for mor steps.

4. Joining and exiting from the group

4.2. Each member is a voluntary member of the group and can left the group without reasons.

4.3. About an exclusion (because of gross violation of Satuts or fraud against other members of the group) vote the administrators and the commissioners together.

5. Appeal against decisions of administrators

5.1. Appeals against decisions oft the administators or commissioners is in principle possible (within 7 days).

5.2. In an appeal, the decision will be re-examined and interviewed everyone again.
